For over three decades, our Organization has been a key actor in promoting and protecting human rights, fundamental freedoms, and democratic governance in Armenia. Building upon this strong legacy, our 2026–2030 Strategy marks a transformative transition toward becoming Armenia’s leading think tank on human security and civic innovation.
OUR VISION & MISSION
We envision a resilient and rights-respecting Armenia where human rights serve as the enduring foundation of public life and democratic resilience. Our mission is to transform human rights principles into civic innovation by empowering citizens through knowledge and evidence, while promoting reforms that foster transparent, equitable, and just governance.
KEY STRATEGIC PROGRAMMES (2026–2030)
1. Rights Tracking Dashboard – An institutional digital system for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on human rights and governance indicators.
2. Civic Innovation Laboratory – A platform empowering youth and citizens through digital citizenship, skill-building, and community innovation.
3. Participatory Governance Accelerator – Tools and mechanisms promoting transparent, accountable, and evidence-based decision-making.
4. Resilience HUB – Strengthening the legal, financial, organizational, and operational sustainability of civil society and communities.
5. Human Security and Protection of Vulnerable Groups – Providing integrated legal, psychosocial, and advocacy support to vulnerable populations across Armenia.
