Glossary of Terms
Centre – The A.D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Centre, a non-governmental organization operating under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Beneficiary – Any individual or entity receiving or seeking services from the Centre.
Services – Any consultations, legal guidance, advocacy, educational programs, or other support provided by the Centre.

  1. Scope of Services
    The Centre provides human rights advocacy, legal guidance, civic empowerment, and support for institutional reform. Services are strictly limited to these areas and do not include medical, financial, or unrelated professional advice.
  2. Free of Charge
    All Services are provided free of charge. Beneficiaries are not required to pay any fees, contributions, or donations to access Services.
  3. Beneficiary Obligations
    Beneficiaries shall provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when requesting or using Services. Any fraudulent activity, harassment, abuse, or misuse of Services may result in suspension or denial of access.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    The Centre provides Services in good faith but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Services do not constitute formal legal representation unless explicitly agreed in writing. The Centre shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from actions taken based on the Services provided.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All materials, resources, publications, and documents provided by the Centre remain the intellectual property of the Centre. Beneficiaries may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
  6. Amendments
    The Centre reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from the use of Services shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
