Students of Gavar State Medical College participated in the training on “Local Self-Government and Community Participation” organized by the Gegharkunik branch of
“The A.D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Centre” NGO. It was conducted by expert-trainer, chief specialist of the Gavar community administration staff Hakob Sargsyan.
