In cooperation with the Career Center of Gavar State Medical College and the Gegharkunik Branch of the “The A.D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Centre” NGO, a training session on “Local Self-Government” was conducted for the college students. The training was led by expert trainer Hakob Sargsyan.
During the training on “Local Self-Government,” participants were introduced to the core principles of the local self-government system, the activities of local government bodies, the specifics of community management, community budget formation, and the opportunities for resident participation.
