In cooperation with the Career Center of the Gavar State Agricultural College (GSAC) and the Gegharkunik branch of “The A.D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Centre” NGO, a training session titled “Soft Skills: Job Search and Employer Presentation Skills” was held for college students.
The training was conducted by expert-trainer Lucy Karapetyan.
During the training, participants discussed effective job search methods, communication peculiarities with employers, self-presentation skills, and the key prerequisites for being competitive in the labor market.
