On September 17, the “The A.D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Centre” NGO conducted a training course on the topic of “Placemaking” at the LOFT reading room of the Amasia Library in the Shirak Region. The course was led by expert Gevorg Petrosyan.
